"Ottimo pranzo e tanta cordialità! Dopo aver visitato il pozzo della cava abbiamo deciso di pranzare in questo ristorante gestito dagli stessi proprietari. Il locale non è molto grande e i tavoli non sono molti, quindi si sta proprio tranquilli, anche se è attrezzata una bella terrazza molto caratteristica dove poter pranzare all’aperto durante la bella stagione. Tutto è bel ordinato e pulito e si “respira” quell’atmosfera di una volta che ci fa sentire in famiglia, cose come il proprietario che passa tra i tavoli e con discrezione chiede se va tutto bene e sorride compiaciuto alla nostra risposta “Sì certo!!”, cose ormai dimenticate oggigiorno. Il ragazzo che ci ha servito al tavolo, molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha consigliato benissimo sui piatti proposti ed essendo in quattro abbiamo assaggiato varie portate, tutte ottime, ben curate ed abbondanti per non parlare dell’ottimo vino rosso “Fornace della Cava” che ci ha consigliato, buonissimo! Gli antipasti di bruschette in più varianti (dal pomodoro al tartufo) e gli unbrichelli “arrabbiati” hanno raggiunto il massimo del punteggio per me, ma nessuno degli altri piatti è stato da meno. Abbiamo pranzato molto bene, sereni e in tranquillità e il conto è stato proprio la parte migliore del pranzo! Se siete ad Orvieto andateci tranquillamente e ne rimarrete molto soddisfatti. "A dire il vero è il ristorante più piccolo dove io abbia mai mangiato...ma molto accogliente e originale. Il nostro tavolo era posizionato direttamente su un pozzo che effetto La pasta è fatta in casa ed io apprezzo moltissimo, il vino "fssciagialla" è della casa ma altrettanto buono lo consiglio. È una tappa importante e non vi pentirete."

"I found here by chance however everything was so perfect! I sat outside small garden and it was really peaceful. The food was nice, staffs were kind, and also the price was really affordable. If I visit Orvieto again I will definitely come here again :)"

"Prenotato (ha pochissimi tavoli) per un pranzo dopo aver fatto l'anello della Rupe a piedi. Non abbiamo visitato il pozzo per questione di tempo ma il piccolo ristorantino collocato lato ingresso del pozzo e in una antica stanza in tufo, ci ha accolto con buoni lombrichelli a funghi e tartufo e dolcetti locali (tartarughe e tozzetti) con passito. Spesa contenuta. Consigliato per una sosta pranzo seduti."

"Hier kann man nicht nur gut essen, sondern unter dem Gebäude auch einen etruskischen Brunnen (Pozzo della Cava = Brunnen der Höhle) , sowie Höhlen, die im Mittelalter als Vorratskeller benutzt wurden, besichtigen. Möchte man nicht hinunter steigen, bietet ein Glasboden im Haus einen Blick nach unten. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker, die Bedienung freundlich und man konnte hinter dem Haus ungestört im Freien speisen."
